Katie is a Nationally Certified Health Coach and Pre & Postnatal Fitness Coach—as well as a proud Arizona mom. She’s your go-to for realistic, personalized fitness that actually fits into your busy life, especially if you’re navigating motherhood.

After losing 90 pounds following a PCOS diagnosis, experiencing pregnancy, and maintaining her results postpartum, Katie now helps other moms do the same—without extremes, fad diets, or guilt.

Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum, Katie will meet you where you’re at and help you build sustainable strength—inside and out. Her coaching is designed with real life in mind, offering support, strategy, and structure from someone who truly understands the demands of parenthood.
