Meet Alyssa
Alyssa is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer currently working toward her Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. With a strong background in physical therapy, she spent two years as a Physical Therapy Technician after earning her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University (ASU). Specializing in corrective exercise and injury prevention, Alyssa emphasizes the mind-body connection in fitness, helping clients build strength while reducing the risk of injuries. Her mission is to make health and wellness accessible to everyone by promoting exercise, healthy habits, and a positive mindset.
Originally from Philadelphia, Alyssa developed a passion for health and fitness through basketball and her school’s athletic training program. She is committed to high-intensity weight and functional training, striving to maintain a balanced lifestyle and inspire clients to do the same.
