Group Training (Our Primary Service)

Our group training sessions are at the heart of what we do. These small, intimate classes (up to 4 participants) create a motivating, supportive environment that keeps you accountable and driven to succeed. We incorporate kettlebell, medicine ball, and dumbbell exercises into our metabolic-style workouts to help you build strength, burn calories, and improve overall fitness.

  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 6 am, 7 am, 5 pm, 6 pm
  • Pricing: $350 per month (12 sessions)

1-on-1 Personal Training

If you prefer personalized attention and customized workouts, our 1-on-1 personal training is the perfect option. Work directly with a dedicated trainer to develop a plan tailored to your specific goals, whether it’s weight loss, strength building, or mastering technique. Each session is designed to maximize your progress in a focused, 45-minute workout.

  • Pricing: $65 per session (45 minutes)

Online Training

Our online training program gives you the flexibility to train from home or the gym, on your schedule. Receive a custom workout plan designed to fit your goals, complete with home and gym workout programming, recovery and mobility exercises, and continuous support from your trainer. With 24-hour messaging access and weekly accountability Zoom calls, you’ll stay on track no matter where you are.

  • Pricing: $250 per month
    • Includes one 20-minute accountability Zoom call per week
    • 24-hour messaging access
    • Home and gym workout programs + recovery/mobility programming

Monthly Mobility Testing with Kinotek

To ensure you’re performing at your best, we offer monthly mobility testing using the advanced Kinotek system. This 45-minute assessment helps identify any limitations in your range of motion and functional movement, allowing us to tailor your training and prevent injuries. By regularly assessing your mobility, we help you stay strong, flexible, and injury-free.


Nutrition Coaching

Our personalized nutrition coaching will help you create a sustainable eating plan that complements your fitness goals.
